Please read the terms & conditions carefully at the bottom of this form and fill up the form completely. By submitting this form, the vendor agrees and accepts all clauses. All prices of stalls are for 3 days. No vendor will be allowed less than 3 days. Misuse of this form shall lead to serious legal consequences.

براہ کرم اس فارم کے آخر پر درج تمام شرائط و ضوابط کو احتیاط سے پڑھیں اور فارم کو مکمل طور پر پُر کریں۔ اس معاہدے کو پُر کر کے آپ اتفاق کرتے ہیں کہ دی گئ تمام شقوں کو آپ نے قبول کر لیا ہے. سٹالز 3 دن کے لئے ہیں. کسی بھی وینڈر کو 3 دن سے کم سٹال رکھنےکی اجازت نہیں. اس فارم کا غلط استعمال سنگین قانونی نتائج کا باعث بن سکتا ہے.

Terms & Conditions:

شرائط و ضوابط


  1. All payments must be paid in full at the time of booking.‎ ‎Payments shall be accepted in the designated company account only, in shape of cash deposit, online transfer or cheque deposit.

  2. Cash is not accepted at all, by any means.

  3. All prices are inclusive of any taxes.‎

  4. Prices are subject to change, based on any domestic price fluctuation. All stakeholders shall be informed duly & promptly.‎

  5. All stall owners/vendors agree, that they will not make BTIFF's team liable for any loss, low sales on any of the festival days.

  6. Standard stall size 10x10 (feet): Covered from three sides and the top. The stall is made of solid iron rods with white color flex covering. Stall includes two chairs and one tables including ample lighting within the stall.‎ Chair and table quantity increase with the increase in stall size.

  7. Basic structure of the stall shall be the same for all. Stall owners can ‎fabricate their own spot, prior to the approval of the event organizers.‎

  8. 4 amp of electricity will be provided to every booth stand. In case of extra electricity, ‎PKR 3,000 per amp will be charged.‎

  9. In case of extra electric power, a personal (soundproof) generator is allowed to be arranged by ‎the stall owner.‎

  10. Extension boards to be self-arranged by the stall owners.‎

  11. Generators will not be allowed near the stand/booth and must be at least 30 feet away (in case of space availability).

  12. Stall owners must assure the availability of gas cylinders by their own selves. Cylinders shall have to be of high standards and quality in order to avoid any unforeseen circumstance. ‎

  13. Stall owners are requested to make sure that any music or sound installed, must ‎remain within their area and it does not make a disturbance to the rest of the arena.‎

  14. Stoves, Fixtures, and Fittings for the stalls are to be arranged by the stall ‎owner.‎

  15. Electricity will be provided 100 mins before the commencement of the event every day.‎

  16. Standees or branding (digital or stage) will be the sole responsibility of the owner and placement of such ‎items will be within the boundaries of the allocated space or as conveyed by YPR Worldwide’s event ‎management team.‎

  17. It is advised that the stall owner must be present two to four hours prior to the opening time to ensure ‎proper setup of their booths/stands, food stations, supply of electricity, and any other ‎issues that require attention before the opening of the festival on a respective day.‎

  18. Neck tags and badges shall be provided as per the provided names only. The management will not provide any extra neck tags on spot to any vendor.

FORCE MAJEURE APPLIES

  1. ‎Disruption of the festival by any stall owner due to delay in the setup will tend ‎towards no-refund.‎‎

  2. Maximum number of individuals on the respective stall shall be according to the stall size and numbers as mentioned above and chosen stall category. All staff must have their ‎identification cards/neck tags for verification which shall be provided by YPR Worldwide after the registration and payment.

  3. ‎All stall owners must wear official neck tags at all times during the 3-day event, provided by YPR Worldwide only.‎‎

  4. The stall owners are responsible for the setup, cleanliness, and ‎general upkeep of the space during the 3-day event.‎

  5. ‎Every stall owner must manage their own waste bins and garbage ‎bags/bin-liners for garbage that will be cleared periodically by event sanitary ‎staff. ‎‎

  6. YPR Worldwide shall not be responsible for any loss incurred to items or ‎products left at the site without prior notice.‎ ‎‎‎

  7. Stall allocation will be at the behest of YPR Worldwide/BTIFF team.‎

  8. ‎The stall is not allowed to be leased or subcontracted. All booths/stands ‎must be booked directly through YPR Worldwide’s official mediums only. No other party is responsible for bookings and payments.

  9. ‎‎Assault/Abuse/Firearms/Weapons of any sort/Ill-treatment will result in expulsion ‎from the event and legal obligations.‎

  10. Usage of drugs and alcohol is strictly banned.‎

  11. The stall booking fee is non-refundable.‎

  12. ‎YPR Worldwide shall not be liable to pay for any unforeseen circumstances, be it ‎political or natural. In case of event postponement, the registrations made and paid by ‎the stall owners shall be moved to new dates, as per the announcements. In case of event cancellation, 50% of the amount is shall be refunded.

  13. ‎High-resolution logo shall be provided by the stall owners at the time of registration and ‎payment.‎

  14. Stall brand name in the standard font will be used for stall headers. ‎Stall owners can although brand their header, with prior approval from YPR ‎Worldwide/BTIFF team.

  15. Stall vendors agree that they will not make YPR Worldwide or BTIFF's team liable for low sales on any of the event days. YPR Worldwide and the BTIFF team shall absolutely not be responsible for any low or no sale. 

  16. Payment for stall bookings shall only be paid to the designated YPR Worldwide's account. YPR Worldwide or BTIFF team shall not be responsible for dealings or payments done with anyone else.

  17. Stall vendors are suggested to carry POS machines for their digital sales at their stalls.
