All payments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments shall be accepted in the designated company account only, in shape of cash deposit, online transfer or cheque deposit.
Cash is not accepted at all, by any means.
All prices are inclusive of any taxes.
Prices are subject to change, based on any domestic price fluctuation. All stakeholders shall be informed duly & promptly.
All stall owners/vendors agree, that they will not make BTIFF's team liable for any loss, low sales on any of the festival days.
Standard stall size 10x10 (feet): Covered from three sides and the top. The stall is made of solid iron rods with white color flex covering. Stall includes two chairs and one tables including ample lighting within the stall. Chair and table quantity increase with the increase in stall size.
Basic structure of the stall shall be the same for all. Stall owners can fabricate their own spot, prior to the approval of the event organizers.
4 amp of electricity will be provided to every booth stand. In case of extra electricity, PKR 3,000 per amp will be charged.
In case of extra electric power, a personal (soundproof) generator is allowed to be arranged by the stall owner.
Extension boards to be self-arranged by the stall owners.
Generators will not be allowed near the stand/booth and must be at least 30 feet away (in case of space availability).
Stall owners must assure the availability of gas cylinders by their own selves. Cylinders shall have to be of high standards and quality in order to avoid any unforeseen circumstance.
Stall owners are requested to make sure that any music or sound installed, must remain within their area and it does not make a disturbance to the rest of the arena.
Stoves, Fixtures, and Fittings for the stalls are to be arranged by the stall owner.
Electricity will be provided 100 mins before the commencement of the event every day.
Standees or branding (digital or stage) will be the sole responsibility of the owner and placement of such items will be within the boundaries of the allocated space or as conveyed by YPR Worldwide’s event management team.
It is advised that the stall owner must be present two to four hours prior to the opening time to ensure proper setup of their booths/stands, food stations, supply of electricity, and any other issues that require attention before the opening of the festival on a respective day.
Neck tags and badges shall be provided as per the provided names only. The management will not provide any extra neck tags on spot to any vendor.
